BIO/DESCRIPTION

Kalli Melenius, is an entrepreneur and artist based out of Edmonton Alberta. As the owner of Freebird Entertainment and The NestYEG, Kalli is a highly motivated and driven creator, always working to grow her skill base and network. She loves creating different show environments and video art that explore different aspects of the human experience and strongly encourages accessibility and inclusion during the creation process. Kalli’s passion for music comes through in all of her projects and is a focus for a lot of her work. A production manager, broadcast and video producer, projection mapper and live visuals artist, she thrives when creating a visual landscape that takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary. Kalli has toured the world as a live broadcast producer and VJ and she is known for her colourful and lively visuals displays and impressive stage designs. For the last several years, she has been focusing on developing her skills as a videographer and editor and has created everything from music videos and artist showcases to promotional videos. She is currently working on a documentary and is excited to continue exploring the world of art through her unique lens.
