Steven Sware

BIO/DESCRIPTION

Steven Sware is a 24-year-old singer-songwriter from Edmonton, Alberta. He pulls influence from artists such as Dan + Shay, Justin Bieber, and Shawn Mendes.

Steven Sware started playing shows at 15 years old and has had the opportunity to open up for Marianas Trench on their Astoria tour as well as for Virginia To Vegas on 5 separate occasions including Edmonton, Calgary, and Saskatoon. He was also a winner of the HOT 107 Hot Factor competition for $10,000 and Storyhive music video competition. Steven was recognized as HOT 107’s “Hottest Local Artist of 2019”. He spent time at Coalition Music’s “Canada’s Music Incubator” learning the business side of the music industry. Steven Sware released his first single “Time” on December 13, 2019. A custom song written for a couple in Edmonton. Steven performed driveway concerts all over Alberta during the COVID-19 pandemic in the summer of 2020 and performed over 125 shows. Currently, Steven is locked away in a studio recording his debut album set to release in 2021.
