BIO/DESCRIPTION

Shalaine is a singer/songwriter from central Alberta! She uses the 80’s/90s/2000s country sound she grew up on, to influence her writing.  She delivers a roots-based … heart-first, style of writing and composing!
No stranger to the stage Shalaine has performed all across central Alberta in halls, bars, dances, and at The Westerner Days , The Canadian Finals Rodeo , and The Red Deer Resort & Casino .

Her single Brenda, hit #2 on the Canadian Indie Country Charts! Her release, Dirt Road Raised has been played all over the world, including Australia , the UK , and France , and reached #9 on the Canadian Indie Country Charts!
She is a proud recipient of 2024 International Songwriter of the Year and 2025 International Vocalist of the Year from the International Singer Songwriter’s Association!
