Matt Masters


Matt Masters is a full time country and western musician. Performing 60-70 times a year primarily in Western Canada, Matt frequently performs solo and with his band, the Gentlemen of the Rodeo.
Matt also performs as part of Barney Bentall’s Grand Cariboo Express.

Matt has recently had music featured in two films, both by Canadian director Michael Dowse, “The F Word” and “Goon.”

Each August, Matt runs the Spaghetti Western Music Festival at Olympic Plaza in Calgary. This free alt-country music festival features the finest in Canadian talent and the 8th annual edition takes place August 15, 2015.
