Marc Beaudin

BIO/DESCRIPTION

Marc Beaudin is a veteran of the Alberta music scene. He is the winner of two Global Music Awards for Composition and Production for his album “Jazz Cafe de Cuba”. As a Warrant Officer with the Canadian Forces Music Branch, Marc organized and led a European Tour with a 35 piece band.
In 2019, Marc earned his Bachelor of Professional Studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Marc plays bass, writes, arranges, and manages Alberta’s premier showband, the Retrofitz. In 2025, Marc and his current band, Samantha King and the Midnight Outfit, were nominated for a Juno Award for Blues Album of the Year for their debut self-titled album.
