BIO/DESCRIPTION

With the ability to tear your heart out with a song, and restore you to laughter with her stage banter, Leanne’s songwriting is honest and raw, with a delicate mixture of story, woven through life experience and a unique vocal style.
Joined by her sister Jennifer Lightfoot on harmonies and upright bass player Jamie Newsom, the Trio’s joy for music and love of song, comes through not so much loud, as it does emotive, powerful, sometimes soft, but always clear!
In 2023, Leanne released two singles, Cry Baby and The Red, The Green & The Blues.
Currently, they are preparing to perform at Folk Alliance, in Kansas City, MO., in February 2024 as well as working on a full album release in early spring, 2024.
