KAZASHIM is a Wammie-nominated, TD Music Artist in residence Alumni commonly known for his genre bending and explosive performances at Toronto’s Bar Cathedral, Lee’s Palace, Edmonton’s Union Hall and much more. Inspired by visionaries like Kendrick Lamar, Robert Glasper, Linkin Park and more, KAZASHIM draws from his tricontinental journey and moments of solace in his faith, to continue birthing evolution through artistic introspection through Alternative Hip Hop and Afro Fusion soundscapes. Manipulating heavy basslines, captivating hooks and immersive storytelling, KAZASHIM invites listeners to find purpose, solace, and hope within life’s complexities.
