BIO/DESCRIPTION

Jessie Bird is a country-folk singer-songwriter from Camrose, Alberta who’s heartfelt, story-driven songs explore resilience, healing, and hope. A 2026 winner of the Alberta Dreams Song Search and a 2026 Roots Artist of the Year nominee with Country Music Alberta, Jessie has built momentum through radio airplay across Canada and internationally, a #17 CKUA Top 30 charting debut EP, and performances at festivals, showcases, and theatres across Alberta.

Her live performance history includes festivals and showcases such as Beaumont Music Fest, Willows Music Festival, East Coulee Springfest, Symphony in the Clouds, and River Valley Sessions. She has opened for The Hello Darlins at New Moon Folk Club, The Hearts at the Bailey Theatre, and Carly Reirson at Edmonton’s Westbury Theatre. Alongside her solo work, Jessie regularly provides harmony vocals for artists including Tommy Charles, Justin Sutton, and North of 49. She also performed background vocals with the participating artists at the 2024 Edmonton Folk Music Festival School of Song.
