2026 Edmonton Music Prize Shortlist

Edmonton’s music landscape is bursting with talented artists who span genres, connect to the emotions of their audiences through compelling lyrics and are seen as vital voices in the local music community.

All three shortlisted artists for The City of Edmonton Music Prize, in partnership with City of Edmonton and Alberta Music, share these qualities. With the investment the prize gives to create and experiment freely; the artists can continue to push the boundaries of their music, draw audiences in and put Edmonton on the map.
