Backstage Pass: The Business of Synch
Join Alberta Music, Hook & Co. and Sustainable Creative Living for a comprehensive series of sessions on the business side of the sync industry. This session will give industry professionals, artists, and producers the knowledge needed to start developing sync as an additional revenue stream and give you the tools to ensure that you are implementing best practices when pitching and dealing with legal consideration involved in licensing your music.
This session will take place on Friday March 7th from 4:00pm – 8:30pm in the CKUA performance space and will be Live Streamed on Zoom.
Please note that there is also an additional workshop component to this session for songwriters and producers that will provide hands on training on how to write to sync briefs. This workshop will be led by an experienced instructors who work as sync agents, music supervisors, producers, and songwriters who have years of real work experience working in sync.
